How do I cancel, reschedule, or update a meeting?

You can email Amy and Andrew within the email chain or reply directly to the invite for a scheduled meeting and tell them what aspect of the meeting to update or to cancel and reschedule a meeting.

“Amy, please reschedule this for next week. Go ahead and make this a call instead.”

“Andrew, stop working on this meeting”

“Amy, please cancel this. We don’t need to meet.”

“Please reschedule this for sometime after 2 pm on Wednesday”

You can also cancel a scheduled meeting or stop a pending meeting directly on Just click on your Meeting History on and select the meeting you want to change.

For a pending meeting (meaning Amy and Andrew have not sent an invite), you'll see a red button that says "Stop Meeting." Click the button, and a message will pop up to confirm you'd like them to stop working on the meeting. Amy and Andrew will then email your guests to let them know they will no longer reach out to schedule.

On a meeting that is already scheduled, there will be a button labelled "Cancel Meeting." Once you confirm the cancellation on the pop-up message, Amy and Andrew will email your guests to confirm and send out a cancellation notice to remove the event from everyone's calendars.
